Structured guidance

A personalised wellness plan designed to support your physical and emotional wellbeing through movement, nourishment, and lifestyle practices.

This plan provides practical structure to help you build habits that support your energy, balance, and connection with your body.

Your personalised plan may include:

• tailored training plan (gym, running, or home workouts depending on your goals)
• somatic or yoga-rooted movement practices
• cyclical living guidance and hormone-aware lifestyle habits
• nutrition rhythms and supportive eating habits
• daily wellbeing practices to regulate your nervous system

Best for: women who want practical guidance to improve their movement, lifestyle habits, and overall wellbeing.

1:1 Coaching

Personal transformation

Designed to help you reconnect with yourself and create lasting change in your life.

Through weekly 1:1 sessions we explore and address the areas where you may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together we work to build self-awareness, emotional balance, and supportive habits that align with the life you truly want to live.

This holistic approach works with the whole person (your mind, body, emotions & spirit) helping you strengthen self-trust, gain clarity, and step into a more confident and empowered version of yourself.

Our work may include practices such as breathwork, meditation, movement, and mindful lifestyle habits, supporting both your mental and physical wellbeing. Learning to move your body, nourish yourself well, and regulate your nervous system are important parts of creating lasting transformation.

Each client also receives personalised homework and somatic or yoga-rooted exercises to support integration between sessions.

Best for: women ready for deeper personal growth and guidance.

Investment: $100 per week, minimum 12 week commitment.


To ensure each client receives personalised attention and support, I work with a limited number of 1:1 coaching clients at a time.

The goal is to empower clients to become self-reliant and confident in their decision-making.

I help clients set clear, achievable goals and develop actionable plans to reach them. We break down larger objectives into manageable steps, making progress tangible and celebrating milestones along the way.

Through reflective questioning and insightful feedback, I guide clients to deeper self-awareness and understanding. This process uncovers hidden patterns and beliefs, leading to breakthroughs and new perspectives

INTEGRATIVE

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and healthy food, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training & holistic exercises considering physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
